Content Curation Agreement: I understand that design time varies based on response speed, revision requests, and raw content quality. I agree to explicitly choose the exact media I want used. Xclusive Taste will not source or sift through unorganized camera rolls.*

Quality and Compression Warning: I acknowledge that sending files over text, social apps, or cross-posting between profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) heavily drops resolution. I understand final project crispness directly depends on my raw file quality, my cellular signal strength, and my profile settings. I agree to set my account settings to always upload at the highest quality possible.*

No-Rush Deadline Rule: I verify that all final, curated content must be submitted a minimum of 1 week before my deadline. I understand that Xclusive Taste completes projects 1 week prior to the release date to ensure seamless placement and prevent last-minute rushing. Submissions are non-refundable.*

Project Revisions and Finalization: I understand most services include up to two rounds of mass revisions after initial concept layouts are created. From there, specific variations are chosen to be finalized, polished, and edited. Any revision requests or completely new concept directions requested after these two rounds are completed may result in additional design labor fees.*

Originality and AI Design Policy: I acknowledge that Xclusive Taste creates authentic designs and does not copy the work of other artists. Xclusive Taste cannot and will not replicate AI-generated graphics or clones. They are happy to review design inspiration to create something completely fresh, custom, and uniquely inspired by my vision, but will not copy reference materials to the letter.*

Project Coordination and Direction Agreement: I understand that Xclusive Taste can be retained and paid to coordinate, direct, and manage my project from start to finish, and that any services outside of standard post-production editing require an additional fee. I clearly understand that all external vendor, platform, or third-party costs—including hiring photographers, videographers, renting physical studios, or booking event venues—are entirely my responsibility.*

No-Refund and Production Retainer Policy: I agree that Xclusive Taste enforces a strict no-refund policy once project planning begins. Because conceptualizing, storyboarding, and environment layout design start well in advance of the actual photoshoot, this payment acts as a non-refundable retainer to secure priority production time. I understand that booking further in advance ensures optimal pre-production development, and all sales are final once planning initialization takes place.*
